One of the first things I want to know is what make is it? Take a picture of the safe. I need an overall picture of the safe, ’cause what I’m looking at is I can identify safes of course it had the name. I can go by the hinge. I need a picture of the whole safe and you can see there is a serial number here too.

Also, I need a close up picture of the dial. Because this is an electronic safe, I know what’s going on there. I also know it’s dead. So I need two pictures, maybe three, if you can, the whole safe, this is the most important thing for me. And sometimes if you have a serial number. Here is a slightly different safe dial, it’s combination, it’s not electronic, but what I’m looking at, I’m looking at the numbers. So if you send me a picture in focus, what I’m looking at is what’s the number range.

Furthermore, I am looking at the index marks, and also sometimes there’s a name on there, but for me to identify the safe, sometimes I can do it right off the dial. So in focus so I can see if it’s got lines there, maybe a name there, and I can count what numbers are on there.
